Defending the right to own property. At the REALTORS® Legislative Meetings, thousands of members assemble in Washington, D.C., to conduct the business of NAR—advocacy work that makes us the most respected voice in real estate, protecting property ownership and advancing commercial and residential markets through a series of forums, educational sessions and meetings with Capitol Hill representatives. The REALTORS® Legislative Meetings take place May 31-June 5, 2025; the REALTORS® Trade Expo takes place June 2-3, 2025. The event is held annually in Washington, D.C. each spring.

F.I.S.H 424 E Spring St, Monroe, GAWBBOR Community Service Day! All members are invited to help pack lunches for food insecure kids at Fish in Monroe. FISH4Kids Lunch Program 1. Assembly of lunches: 9:30am - 10:30am 2. Clean-up & Next Day Prep: 10:30am - 12:00am Adults, older children (with parents), and teens are welcome.
Habitat for Humanity WBBOR Volunteer Day
Barrow Habitat for Humanity Store 568 Jefferson Hwy, Winder, GABarrow Habitat Store sells Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware furnishings to finance the homes they build. They ask for volunteers to help unbox and unpackage the furnishing. Walton Barrow Board of REALTORS community service committee has established that every 3rd Monday of the month between 9am - 12pm our members will help at the store. Come for as long as you can stay. Heavy lifting is NOT required. The store is across the street from 568 Jefferson Hwy, Winder Ga. There are usually "Habitat for Humanity" flags at the driveway entrance.
What is RPAC?RPAC’s mission is to identify candidates for elected office on the local, state and national levels who will work with REALTORS® to promote and protect the American Dream of homeownership. Candidates that receive support from RPAC are not selected based on their political party or ideology, but solely on their support of real estate issues. Our legislative allies are members of the REALTOR® Party. The REALTOR® Party supports the issues that are important to your business as a REALTOR®, regardless of political party affiliation. RPAC uses its financial resources to support candidates for office who both understand and support REALTOR® issues. RPAC looks to build the future by putting dollars in places that will help advance the interests of real estate professionals. A strong, active PAC will assure that REALTORS® have a place at the table and not be on the menu. RPAC is insurance for our industry.
